Tianna was AMAZING! She was a refreshing experience and absolutely NOT the typical Car Salesman of the past. She was just so nice, patient and knowledgeable about the Trucks. I was surprised how much she knew about them! I truly appreciated that she was patient with me as we compared the GMC Canyon with the Chevy Colorado and the Ford Ranger. And when we finally narrowed it down to the GMC Canyon, she did complete presentations and Demonstration Test Drives with the SLT and Denali Models. The other thing I really appreciated about working with Tianna was that she helped us get the BEST PRICE ever! She beat 3 other GMC Dealers’ pricing. She found incentives from GM that weren’t made public that we qualified for! The best part of working with Tianna was her personality. She was funny and sweet and made the entire shopping and buying experience fun, fast and easy..

Tianna helped me identify that the Denali Canyon was the perfect model for us. But she really went above and beyond with helping us in concept design for customizing our 2020 Denali Canyon. We own a Business and wanted to customize our Truck with our company’s branding and color scheme. Not only did she help us with the concept design, she also found the most amazing After Market company that specializes in Customizing Pick up Trucks!. AND Tianna Delivered our new truck to our house for FREE! We live in NJ an hour and 20 minutes away and she actually delivered our vehicle free of Charge over the weekend! Talk about going above and beyond!.

Manager Rodney, to the General Sales Manager John, the Business Manager Melissa were all awesome! They were kind and helpful. Why was pretty cool was the owner himself, Jay Owens personally introduced himself to us and asked if there was anything he could do to help and thanked us for our business. I was very surprised by that and I appreciated that personal touch. He made us feel like we were a guest in his home. I was blown away by the whole Patriot organization. First Class all of the way!.
