Let’s talk about buying. Buying a car can be scary! I walked into a car dealership and the second I put my foot through the door the salesman was like a pop-up ad! “WHAT ARE YOU HERE TO PURCHASE TODAY?’, his voice roared into my ears. I was immediately put off… Who said I was here to PURCHASE and who said it was going to be TODAY? When car salespeople are aggressive and ‘in your face’ it throws you out of the loop! That is why I want to make sure that no one will experience that eagerly, annoying salesperson experience when walking into my dealership. I want to create the best customer experience because I have been through the customer experience! All of the deals I make are 100% pressureless and purely in the mindset of making YOU happy, not just making a sale. I see myself as being a human “Google” search bar. Just like “Google”, I am here to provide you with all of the information you may seek with the mindset of helping and serving, not selling. If you are not happy then I did not do my job!

Us customers, come to salespeople to get the information we want and need, not to be pressured into buying anything, and that is exactly what I preach and practice here at Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
